The City of Zaječar announced the tender for the Supply of equipment for transport of waste from illegal dumps to legal landfills (ref. RD-02-29-252/22.11.2016/PP2/T4) within the project „Prevention and mitigation of consequences of man-made cross-border disasters in the region Vidin-Zaječar“,“Supply of equipment for transport of waste from illegal dumps to legal landfills”. Tender procedure was announced no August 16th 2018. Procedure was local open and one month was deadline for deliverry of the offers. Site visit was made on the local wild dumps where few comanies were present and showed intrest in presenting their offer.
Contract with successful tenderer was concluded on 18.09.2018 and the 4 new waste collection vehicles for City of Zajecar were delivered on the 21.11.2018. New specialized equipment was used for implementation of Demonstrational cleaning of poluted territories and illegal dumpsites in Zajecar. The cleaning was conducted on the 21.11.2018 and 22.11.2018 on the following locations: Salas, Naselje Zvezdan hill, Naselje Rgotina, and Naselje Jasikovac.
